Once you have embraced the DIY spirit, fixing your own stuff is one of the easiest and most rewarding skills to learn. Nobody wants to waste a lot of money on simple tasks they can do themselves, do they? Here is a list of my most desired skills that can and should be taught.

You don’t have to buy fancy equipment or sign up for expensive courses to learn skills; that could be invaluable to your career or personal life. There is a lot you can teach yourself these days if you have access to the internet. This can be particularly fruitful when learning and applying something new.

The key is to find teaching materials that are good enough to be worth your time but not too expensive for your personal needs.

Below is a list of 13 skills that you can learn for free as well as some resources to help you acquire them.

1. Coding and Development
